WARRANTY TERMS

General Warranty Terms 

This Agreement applies to any order, purchase, receipt, delivery or use of any products and services (collectively, “purchase”) from Oskar Group “Oskar Group” or any of its subsidiaries, unless you enter into a separate written agreement with Oskar Group.



THIS AGREEMENT APPLIES TO YOUR PURCHASE UNLESS YOU NOTIFY Oskar Group IN A WRITTEN FORMAT THAT YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS AGREEMENT WITHIN 15 DAYS AFTER YOU RECEIVE THIS AGREEMENT AND YOU RETURN YOUR PRODUCT OR CANCEL SERVICES UNDER OSKAR PHONE’S REFUND POLICY.

Most of Oskar Group’ products carry a Product specific Warranty according to the respective manufacturer. This warrants to the original purchaser or, for products purchased from a Reseller, to the original end-user that Oskar Group - branded products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship. During the warrant period, Oskar Group will, at its option either:

  • Provide replacement parts necessary to repair the product
  • Replace the product with a comparable product
  • Refund the amount you paid for the product
  • Replacement parts or products will be new or serviceably used, comparable in function and performance to the original part or product, and warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period. Purchasing additional products from Oskar Group does not extend your warranty period.

Once the aforesaid period of the concerned product has expired, there shall be no further warranty and/or guarantee applicable in respect of such products, whether arising in terms of contract law, the law of sale, statutory law, common law and/or from any other cause whatsoever, and the customer, purchaser and/or user concerned of such Equipment shall have no recourse whatsoever against Oskar Group in respect thereof after the warranty period. This warranty covers normal use of the products and Oskar Group does not warrant misuse and improper handling, lack of care, abuse, accidents, unauthorised service or parts or the combination of branded items with other products and further natural calamities like lightning strikes, earthquakes, water damage and/or floods.
