Delivery and Return Terms

We do not accept any returns unless goods are faulty or due to our shipping or picking error



If you wish to return products please notify and send an email to sales@oskarme.com quoting your order number, your name, invoice number, reason for the return within 14 days of receiving the goods. 

All items should be returned in their original condition and packaging with the returns form enclosed. We will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred whilst returns are held by third parties or for the return postage costs. 

If the original packaging of the product has been damaged or destroyed we will only issue a refund if the product is being returned due to manufacture defects only. If the original packaging of a defective product has been damaged or destroyed you should ensure that the returned product is adequately packed for shipment back to us. 

Repackage the product in its original packaging, including any accessories, brochures, manuals, guarantees or warranties that came with the product. Unfortunately we will be unable to issue a refund where the product is in an incomplete state. 

Once the items are received by us, there will be no refunds. Credit or exchange only. Please note customers must arrange the return of the item by their own courier and at their own cost and also please provide a tracking number when enquiring on the status of your return. We reserve the right to deduct an Admin restocking fee of up to 20% on returns that do not have a genuine manufacturing fault.
